Recyclable Garbage Disposal Method
- Place items in a transparent plastic bag and dispose of them according to the designated day and item schedule
- Sort transparent PET bottles separately and dispose of them accordingly
- Place vinyl scraps only in a transparent plastic bag before disposal.
Disposal of the above items is strictly prohibited except on their designated schedule.
Time and Location of Garbage Disposal
Set out your waste in front of your house or the commercial building after sunset on the day before collection and no later than 6 am on the day of collection)

Weekdays during the day, and from 6 am on Saturdays until sunset on Sundays

- For non-recyclable household garbage, place it in a standard plastic bag, tie it securely, and dispose of it in front of your residence or commercial building.
- Unused briquets should be handled carefully to avoid breakage. Place them in a transparent vinyl bag for disposal in front of your house(commercial building)
- Large garbage(e.g. beds, tables, TVs) are defined as items too bulky to fit in a standard bag. Before disposal, contact the collection agency at 1800-9614 or apply online via the Wonju City large household garbage portal:

- Payment of the service charge must be confirmed before registration and collection can proceed
(Failure to make payment within 5 days of registration will result in the automatic cancellation of the transaction.) - On the collection day, attach the payment certificate to the large garbage and leave it at the designated location(in front of the door)
(If printing the payment cetificate is difficult, write down the payment certificate number(barcode number), name of the garbage, amount, and disposal location on a blank piece of paper, and attached it to the garbage. - Free collection service are simultaneously available for large home appliances, such as refrigerators, TVs, and air conditioners.

- Small amount of construction waste (less than 5 tons) which are not suitable for a standard plastic bag, must be placed in a special standard bag (PP sandbag) for disposal.
- E.g.) Broken glass, small amount of construction waste from relocating, and garden cleanup debris
